PBX/Switchboard Operator

This position handles high-volume in-coming and out-going calls and must have the ability to multi-task under pressure. In addition to running the switchboard, this position will also perform medical record chart assembly. Candidates interested in working in a position with a strong focus on exceptional customer service in all areas listed below are welcome to apply.

Requirements:

  • High school Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be detail oriented and should be able to multi- task.
  • Must have excellent communication and phone skills.
  • Must be self motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
