Radiology Tech
Performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in CQI activities. Demonstrates support of the Medical Center’s mission, values and vision in all actions and interactions with employees, patients, medical staff, guests and visitors through use of STAR key words: Service, Teamwork, Accountability/Attitude, Responsiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Radiology Techs will be Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Both Radiology Techs and Practical Radiographer will be Certified by the State of Utah to practice and administer radiation.
- Must be able to work under stressful situations and in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
