Under the general supervision of the Food Service Director, and under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef. Performs successfully tasks assigned in the sanitation area such as washing pots, washing dishes, delivering carts, and mopping floors. Must be willing to help in other areas of the department as needed. Demonstrates support of the Medical Center's mission, values and vision in all actions and interactions with employees, patients, medical staff, guests and visitors through use of STAR key words: Service, Teamwork, Accountability/Attitude, Responsiveness. Must be willing to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
- Current Utah Food Handlers permit or ServSafe Certification required.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
