Salt Lake Regional Medical Center wants to ensure that every employee knows how much he or she is appreciated. That is why we take extra time to celebrate employees throughout the year. In May, we hold week-long Hospital Week celebrations. In the summer, we make time to honor our Employees of the Year selected from five categories: Nursing, CNA/Tech, Clinical (non-nursing), Non-Clinical Support, and Facility Support. Later in the year, we honor employees achieving 20+ years of service with an annual gala and banquet. In late autumn, we celebrate those amazing employees who make time beyond the work day to serve their community, volunteer group or spiritual organization at the annual reception for the Chairman’s Award winners and nominees. Recognition is an important part of what we do here at Salt Lake Regional.
